O2440-01 Repl HVAC, Structural Repairs, & Repl Roof-George Washington Carver State Office Building

Volume 1: The project includes complete replacement of the HVAC system including removal and replacement of hydronic pumps, chillers, boilers, basement air handling unit, ductless split systems, and hydronic fan coil units. Volume 2: The project includes the addition of reinforcing elements at concrete slabs and at slab-to column interfaces. Volume 3: The project includes removing the existing roof system down to the roof deck, removing existing gutters and downspouts, coordinating with the installation of roof structural reinforcement (Volume 2) work, installing new roof system, installing new gutters and downspouts, and installing new cage ladder.
