Replacement/rearrangement of the existing 12.47kV electrical distribution equipment campus-wide and replacement of the fire alarm system in 29 of the 35 existing buildings.

Removing & replacing existing fence & gates, placing additional sidewalks around the school, and making improvements to the courtyard drainage. Using trenchless methods to install a drainpipe under the school building.

Remove & replace roof and decking as needed, approximately 68,000 sqft.

Installation of a 250kW Generator, Transfer Switch, and relocation of the existing Utility Transformer, fencing, etc.

Restroom updates, paint, door replacements, first & second floor lobby modifications and updates, as well as creating a new conference room & two storage rooms. Selective demolition & renovation of fire sprinkler system, replacement & integration of ceiling mounted fire alarm strobes & smoke detectors into the existing fire protection system, replacement of restroom plumbing fixtures & adjustment of water supply inlet for urinal & water closet installation, replacement of air devices & modification of any associated duct, replacement of lighting fixtures & extension of lighting circuit, installation of new feature light, and replacement of all wiring devices located within area of work.

Carpet replacement, trim replacement, & wall painting which will require shifting, lifting of office furniture per phase. Replacement of vinyl stair treads & vinyl flooring at stair landings and limited wall repairs prior to painting. The building will be occupied at all times during normal working hours, and it is anticipated the work to be conducted in fourteen phases. All carpet & carpet mastic will be Owner furnished and stored in Contractor furnished storage container on site.

Installing a single backup generator to supply electrical power to the entire complex during a utility power outage. the work will include installing a diesel generator, pad-mount medium voltage transformers, and a medium voltage switchgear automatic transfer switch. Site work including grading, concrete, & paving will be required.

Replacing the fire alarm system throughout buildings located across the Campus. This includes the removal & replacement of existing fire alarm control panels and signaling devices and provide a fully addressable fire alarm system, which will be networked to allow for system monitoring of each of the cottages located in the Administration Building.

New comfort station consisting of separate men's & women's restrooms, each with 4 stalls & 4 sinks; additionally there are 4 shower rooms, each with a stool & sink.

Removal & replacement of existing casework, display cabinets, grilles, devices, fixtures, ceilings, partitions and other items to meet ligature resistant requirements.
