Public Projects

The Work includes, but is not limited to, new metal stud framing, gypsum board, interior paint, doors and frames with sidelites, floor and wall tile, carpeting, epoxy flooring, acoustic ceiling tiles and suspension system, toilet accessories, custom millwork, solid surface and quartz countertops, systems furniture, and various office furniture. Work also includes HVAC system modifications, water closets, sinks, lighting, data, and electrical receptacles. The Work is to be substantially complete in 5 phases. Refer to Floorplans for phasing locations. Phase 1 – Floor 1 – Substantially complete by April 15, 2025; Phase 2 – Floor 2 – Substantially complete by May 1, 2025; Phase 3 – Floor 1 – Substantially complete by May 15, 2025; Phase 4 – Floor 4 – Substantially complete by June 1, 2025; and Phase 5 – Floor 5 - Substantially complete by July 1, 2025.

Existing structure removal, sitework, concrete, pile foundations, pre-manufactured bridge & installation, final seeding & mulching.

The project includes removal of the existing overlay metal roof and hugger system, including hugger system nailer/purlins overexisting metal roof. Remove existing gutters, downspouts, flashing, etc. Install all new polyvinyl-chloride (PVC) roofing system over original metal roof, new insulation and coverboard. Install all new flashing systems, gutters, downspouts and splash pads, etc. Work also includes selective interior demolition of the existing PEMB Insulation system at the roof level to be trimmed neatly at girt locations and prepare exposed underside of existing roof panel to be painted. Additional demolition includes selective demolition of existing overhead door tracks that are abandoned and no longer in use at both the south and north hanger bays. The total R-Value to be added at the roof level for continuous exterior layers of insulation shall meet the requirements outlined in the drawings and Division 07 - 075419 PVC Roofing related to 2.5 Roof Insulation, achieving an R-value of R-41.5.

Replacing asphalt shingle roofing on Warrensburg Veteran's Home & adjacent emergency generator buildings.

Replacing the stand-alone fire alarm systems throughout the buildings across campus, providing new addressable fire alarm systems, which will be networked to allow for system monitoring of each facility at the main security center located in the Administration Building.

Replacement of a portion of the hot water system.

Remediation of the existing Lagoon Cell #2 along with installation of new septic tanks & automatic dosing filtration system & drip dispersal system, along with necessary electrical upgrades.

Improvements to exterior & replacement of VCT flooring

Installing a new generator, generator pad, at ATS for backup emergency power, and a fence.

Replacing the stand-alone fire alarm systems throughout the campus buildings, providing new addressable fire alarm systems, which will be networked to allow for system monitoring of each facility at the main security center located in the Administration Building.
