T2333-01 Construct Addition & Existing Building Re-Roof-Joplin Readiness Center

A new building addition consisting of a pre-engineered steel structure with standing seam metal roof, metal wall panels & concrete foundations. Minor site work, drainage, paving, exterior lighting and fencing patching work around the new addition. The project also includes roof replacement including a tear off down to existing roof decking, new TPO roof system, removal & replacement of all exterior metal wall panels, flashings, parapet caps, scuppers, conductor heads, downspouts, etc., and replacement of all existing rooftop mechanical equipment.
