R2310-01 Replace Standby Generator-Troop B Headquarters

The project includes upgrading the generator from 75kva to 125kva. The service will also be upgraded from an overhead delta high leg to a pad mount 208v wye. The work includes a new diesel generator, service rated transfer switch, and utility transformer.
