T2303-01 Renovate Parking Lot & Sidewalk-Kansas City Readiness Center

Project includes: Asphalt sealcoat with striping at upper POV parking area to include full depth repair in areas noted on plan. Remove and replacement of existing sidewalk area at front entrance. Remove existing asphalt drive surface, regrade and install concrete at small POV lot in front of entrance. Asphalt sealcoat with some full depth repair along driveway from main entrance to the rear POV parking area.
