Y2304-01 South Chaney Reclamation Project

The project includes eight (8) acres of abandoned mine lands would be reclaimed. The hazardous features, including dangerous highwalls associated with a hazardous water body, will be sloped to grades no greater than 4:1. After final grading, the site will be graded to a gently sloping topography; all disturbed areas will be revegetated with a mixture of cool season grasses and legumes.
