OLD - T2209-01 Renovate Interior & Exterior-Kennett Readiness Center Building

The project includes, but is not limited to, demolition of the men's and women's showers, latrines, and locker areas, including adjoining spaces for renovation of new latrines, showers, and locker areas. New finishes include resinous flooring and wall coverings, lay-in ceilings, and HPDE toilet partitions. Renovation of existing administrative areas with new wall coverings and flooring. New HVAC equipment for renovated spaces. New entry doors and windows by Alternate bid. The Exterior Work includes replacement of existing parking areas, new striping by Alternate Bid. New site lighting and transfer switch by Alternate bid.
