M2408-01 Replace Concrete Dock & Entryway, Albany Regional Office Building

The project includes replacement of the concrete dock and entryways. The removal (up to the building foundation) and replacement of the loading dock, The removal and replacement of the approach drive to the loading dock, The new concrete steps to the loading dock are to be turned 90 degrees with the drive, Infill under the new loading dock/steps with concrete wall to prevent debris build up, The removal of the retaining wall to the west of the loading dock, The removal of the concrete slab for the old walk-in freezer, and The removal and replacement of the sidewalks to the North and West entrances of the building.
